Pot-maker Sussi Henrikson’s special interest in and appreciation for culinary delights is reflected in the delicious aromas found at Restaurant Lanterna, ranging from herbs, ginger, cardamom, garlic, fish, lamb and tomatoes to fresh bread and delightful pies.
Sussi loves pure and well-defined tastes and flavours. The kitchen continuously looks for new taste experiences from France, the Mediterranean and Asia. Our professional cooks, together with Sussi, develop new cuisine for restaurant guests. A fascinating addition is the growing import of our own wines. The internationality of Lanterna and the fine reputation of its kitchen has already travelled far and wide. Nagu residents and the island’s permanent summer inhabitants always bring their guests to take part in festive Lanterna occasions.
The summer terrace begins with Easter and continues with the sailing season well into autumn. During the winter months, meetings as well as company and private parties can be arranged at Restaurant Lanterna for 10-50 people by advance reservation.
