TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS

Single room bookings can be cancelled free of charge on 24 hours before arival by 2 pm. at latest. The cancellation has to be made by phone so that the hotel receptionist confirms the cancellation. Late cancellation or if the customer does not check in at all, will be charged 100%.
Terms and conditions of group bookings or other services will always be delivered to the customer upon order confirmation.
